A pathetic performance and a 2-0 loss away to Wolves

I must be bring them bad luck when I go to watch them. The last game I saw was away to Aston Villa that we lost 4-0. A pretty dull first half and it was pretty even. Raya made a great save then they went 1-0 up. It stayed like that until half-time although I felt we probably deserved to go in level. Today the midfield was a shambles and nobody knew what they were supposed to be doing. It wasn't as though Wolves were playing well. Schade looked completely out of his depth and probably should have been substituted at half-time. An interesting double substitution by TF by taking off both fullbacks and putting on Ghoddos at left-back to mark Traore. It wasn't surprising that they got a second goal. Thank God Mbeumo played out of his skin. In the second half, he was battling on the right wing, a minute later playing left-back heading away a through ball that would have gone to Traore, then getting angry with himself at right back when chasing back to concede a corner. Toney had a couple of half chances late on with their keeper pushing a shot onto the bar and another when he was put through but their defender made a last ditch tackle. With Toney and Raya likely to leave in the summer we could be in deep doo-doo next season. Nevertheless, I still have faith. P.S. I thought we were brilliant in the last third of the pitch passing it around at the back, shame that brilliance couldn't have been taken further on up the pitch.
