I’ll settle for a home point against Leicester City
Leicester have always been out bogey team but I was slightly optimistic that we would get all three points at the Gtech Community Stadium. We started very brightly and were far the best team but after about 15 mins Leicester got more into the game and had several chances to score. From a corner (and it seemed like another training ground set-piece) we went ahead through a Jensen deflected strike in the 32nd minute. Half-time 1-0 to the Bees. In the second half Leicester pushed for the equaliser and eventually it came in the 52nd minute. The game then petered out and the only excitement was substitute Baptiste getting two quickfire yellow cards and was sent off in the 90+2 minute (I think he he did something similar last season). In the end I was happy with a point.
