Revenge is sweet!

We beat Fulham 3-0 at home in the 3rd Round of the Carabao Cup. It doesn’t make up for losing to them in the Championship Play-off Final but it goes some way towards it. Said Benrahma started his first game of the season and ended up getting the Man of the Match award for two second half goals with the second a typical Benrahma special. Marcus Forss got our first before the break. Fulham had a lot of possession and some chances but we definitely deserved the win. Saman Ghoddos made his debut for us. We now play Newcastle at home in the Quarter Final. Incidentally Rico Henry sustained another severe injury at the beginning of last Saturday’s game against Millwall.
