We throw away the points at the Stadium of Light

Away to Sunderland was definitely going to be a difficult fixture but I had hoped we would bring back a point (although we had no forwards on the bench). A disallowed goal in the first half, then in the second half Schade has a very weak penalty saved (why did he take it when Thiago took one against Forest?). Fortunately, Thiago puts us in front but they equalise late on with a pen, and then they get all three points with the winner in the 90+6 minute (very poor from Kelleher). I'm more upset about losing from a winning position and deep into added on time, than if we had been outplayed and lost 3-0. Similarities to the game against Fulham last season.
