Back at the Gtech, and at last three points

Another below par performance but I'll take the three points as the gap between us and the teams at the bottom of the league was starting to narrow. Nottingham Forest are always a tough team to beat, even at home. Fortunately, Forest could not convert their chances, many created by MGW. We took the lead on the half-hour mark when a cross from Ouattara (who had a good game for a change) was deflected into his own goal by a Forest defender.

In the second half both teams had chances but we went 2-0 up in the 76th minue. A great ball by Hickey (KA brought him on as a sub into midfield. WTF, hadn't KA learnt from his 'experiment' during the week at Sunderland?) to Anthony who found Thiago, who scored. That was his second goal in less than a week. He gets an honorable mention as he was continually fouled by the Forest centre backs, yet they were never penalised.
