A banana skin avoided (but only just) as we go through to the 5th Round of the FA Cup

Away to 6th tier Macclesfield Town (who had beaten cup holders Crystal Palace in the previous round and was probably one of the biggest giant killing upsets in FA Cup history), we were on a hiding to nothing. KA made 7 changes from the team who drew with Arsenal last Thursday night and handed a debut to recent signing Furo. On their artificial pitch, we struggled in the first half but played a bit better in the second half. We scraped through by the only goal of the match. In the 70th minute Hickey reached the byline on the left side and his dangerous cross was headed into the back of his own net by Heathcote under pressure from Furo. Phew! A game to forget. Our 5th Round tie is away to the Hammers.
