Through to the quarter final of the Carabao Cup as we scuttle the Mariners 0-5

Keith Andrews made nine changes from Saturday’s 3-2 Premier League victory against Liverpool for the Carabao Cup tie away to League 2 Grimsby Town. Grimsby had previously knocked out Man U and Sheffield Wednesday. Goals from Jensen, Lewis-Potter and Nelson (who made his full debut) put the Bees in control at the interval, before Carvalho converted a second-half penalty and Collins came off the bench to head in a fifth and round off a clinical and highly professional display.
